We are using SAP CRM 6.0.
When you open a BP using tcode (BP), and go to address overview, we see different addresses and address usages.
Using the table BUT020 i can find the ADDRNUMBER using the BP Number.
What table contains the mapping between the ADDRNUMBER and the address usage it assigned to?

Hi experts,
following situation: I copied the IC Agent Profile and changed the starting page to worklist.
If I search with worklist and open an order and click end (CTI buttons), the last search attributes will be displayed. That's fine for me. But, if I start the search from a saved search open an order and click on end (CTI buttons) the search attributes before the saved search will be displayed. It sounds strange, but it is :-). But my problem, I can't find the difference between the implementations. Is anyone able to give me a hint? I tried debugging,inbound plugs, do_prepare_output, do_init_context...

I will use three different approaches to your issue:
First one you can create a Target group using your marketing attribute and a filter based on the value you want to delete.
Once you have the Target group you can use the Marketing Advanced Tools transaction(
CRM_MKT_TOOLS) and update the values from ST03 to empty (If it is allowed on your marketing attribute definition)
Second you can first use on your code a call to FM CRM_MKTBP_READ_CHAR in order to obtains the BPS the value of the attributes in case is the one you want deleted execute
CRM_MKTBP_CHANGE_BP updating the new value.
The third option will be to make an selection of CABN and AUSP and UPDATE directly the registers on the table.

I think you must use a walkthrough and when adding new answers you copy them as a new name so you can maintain the original translations, if you find any other way please send us the details.

The event names are Case Sensitive. Make sure to match the event name in Search.htm page and DO_HANDLE_EVENT method of its implementation class.

I haven't implemented the event "ONROWSELECTION".
I have a line with "onRowSelection = "select" into the .htm page.
Should Iremove it?

In .HTM page of result/table view set attribute selectionMode = "NONE" for <chtmlb:configTable tag.So that user will not able to select row.

The search works great, this is not the problem.
My problem is on the result view.
I deleted the line "onRowSelection = "select" ", and the result view isn't refreshed when I select a row !
So, my problem is solved !

You won't be able to change any look and feel of the WebUI application via VCT/BDT (which is pure GUI technology). So either you posted your question on the wrong forum, or you didn't refer to the right tool.

Resolved by un checking the option - Enable additional support for screen readers under Personalize -> Personalize setting
In worklist search page of crm web ui, double scroll bar appears as shown in screenshot.
If we increase the width ( pixel size ) in personalization for fields displayed in column, then it affects the horizontal scroll bar.
Here similarly adjusting the no of rows display doesn't have any impact in vertical scroll bar ( atleast in my case to control double scroll bar in result view )
If any one aware of any sort of customizing or personalization setting, kindly provide your valuable input.
To add here, this is user specific issue where it appears only for specific users and not for all. So I suspect this could be due to some user specific parameter setting or personalization setting.

put a break point in CRM_MKTBP_SAVE_BP_LIST
and see the parameters while you delete the marketing attribute manually and use same parameters and for this FM in your code. it will work.
Don't forget you need to lock the entity you want to set editable.
Without the lock it will stay in display mode.
