Problem in text types logging for service request

Hi,

We have created 8 different text types like below and maintained the text definiton of procedure is configured like the below format as specified in the sap note 910735.

ZC11 is used as the loggable text type.

We are not getting the Consolidation Information Option in the drop down which is used as the loggable text type i.e. ZC11.

Please advice what to do to get the logging of the other text types in one text type. I need to show the ZC11 text type in the drop down, and on select, below text box should be in the display mode with the log of the all the text types.

I know this is a standard feature, but not working in my case.
