Thanks for the replay and telling me that its a standard behavior.  And I am able to see the Log in the Text assignment block

But, I have used same text types for Interaction record  and configured as per the below screen shot.

in Web UI, I am able to see the consolidation text type ZC11 in the drop down text box is in display mode and Logging of other text types to consolidation is happening as required. Below is the screenshot.

is there any thing more I have to do?
