You can follow the blog to create the OCA buttons. Then you also need to write some code to handle the events on the click of the buttons. Mostly we have change and delete actions. That part would be little complicated and would depend on what you want to achieve here. If its a custom view and custom BOL and if you to navigate to a change view for that row, you might need to create a details view for individual records need handle the navigation. Delete is much easier though, just use the remove method of the entity collection.
