Hi Maddy,

Thanks for reply again appreciate your patience in resolving this.

 

As per your first point: I have maintained the standard duration SRV_RF_DURA in the response profile.

As per your next point in the date duration SRV_RF_DURA is maintained

The date rule is also maintained.

As per the next point in the date profile IT000000000001 the date type SRV_RFIRST is assigned the date rule SRV_0001 is also assigned the current time is also checked.

In the reference object for the date profile I have added the SERWI

Also maintained the screen area service for date type SRV_RFIRST

Next in the date type duration I have maintained the below.

However still no luck with the first response by and due by

The service profile and response profile are also not getting determined please advice further.

I have not added the required set type to the product investigation please advice if I do need to do it.
