To maintain the main category go to img path:
Customer Relationship Management
Interaction Center WebClient
Agent Inbox
Inbox Search Definitions
Define Element Categories for Searches
Set up the entries that you want to assign in your search (Contracts / Complaints)
Then go to:
Customer Relationship Management
Interaction Center WebClient
Agent Inbox
Define Inbox Profiles
Assign the main categories that you want to search in the inbox profile.
To change the operator go to:
Customer Relationship Management
CRM Cross-Application Components
Generic Interaction Layer/Object Layer
Component-Specific Settings
Define Operators for Dynamic Queries
Find the component AUI and the query BTAdvQueryAUI.
Go to Exceptions per Attribute and change the setting of MAINCATEGORY attribute.
