you don't need badi in my opinion. If you already enhanced the component you can add custom fields under your RESULT node, as value attribute. Then generate get and set methods and implement your logic that you want to achieve.
You can always use AET to explore your object structure. Read about it on scn. Tell more what you want to get with this solution, or what kind of field you want to add.
