Hi Suresh,

1. First try to cross check for condition record in GCM tool with trial setting. Sometimes for entered data there won't be a record.

2. If everything(config and condition) is fine, please restart the IPC.via VMC( use SM52). sometimes VMC tables needs to get updated properly, so do re-activate them manually.

example: SVMCRT_* tables (use SE11)
