You need to create an implementation of this spot and write down the code under the method SEARCH.
I suggest that in WebUI , you run a search with normal parameters and also the parameter , employee responsible Id = your id and then check the parameters being passed in this method.
In this method then you will get what is the parameter to be passed in case you want to filter the search according to the employee responsible id .
You just need to add the same for employee responsible under the parameter : IT_MULTIVALUES of this method and pass in FM all the params : CRM_BSP_OIC_1O_SEARCH_FROM_RF
