Yes this is possible. While creating your transaction launcher you need to include a parameter for sold to party which you have defined in your BOR object in ECC. Now you can pass the sold to party to this variable in the method 'IF_CRM_IC_ACTION_HANDLER~PREPARE_DATA_FLOW' of your transaction launcher class by using below code.

Now this will be available in BOR object in ECC. There you can default it to the field i.e. sold to party in your case using BDC programming.
