Hi Thanks all for the help....which Parameter and value am I inputting for
Customer Relationship Management->UI Framework->Technical Role Definition->Define Parameters
I believe this will solve once I know.
So right now the "As Is" in the WebUI I click Case.....Pop-Up with Case Types appear
"To Be" Click case.....have the case management screen show but allow the user to select from the drop down the case type and not have it pre-populated based on the current "As Is" step.
