Dear All,
I have created an account from the interaction center and confirmed the account, however when I go to the relationship tab and try to maintain relationships the search criteria is getting greyed out. The account is created in the corporate account. As a result of the same I am not able to assign the employee who has a relationship category to the account.

Next I click on new in the relationship tab and enter my relationship category, the search for category is getting greyed out with individual accounts
When I do a search only the contact person who was created for the particular account appears.
However I have configured employees in the customized BUP003 role which is for employees, I am not able to search the employees and assign the relationship category to them, please advice if I have missed out on any configurations
