Activation after settings in "Data Retrieval Parameters"

is there something like an activation etc. to use settings in "Data Retrieval Parameters"?

I made some entries for BP_BPBT/AccountInterHistOV (transaction type = BUS2000126) but in WebUI still all transaction types are listed in the history assignment block.

Additionally I tried to exclude won/lost Opportunities from the assignment block by filtering the status but nothing happened.

I followed the examples of http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=250645029.

Any ideas?
