Hi Arden,

One last question. strange thing happening, just to confirm that While creating new form when i am adding field, automatically dublicate field create above and Beneath. when i avoid that dublicate field and go for creation next field ,again automatically set of two field(1st and  2nd  field)  added above and beneath my fields set.
