It has been solved.. Yes Actions are not supported by LORD Framework( which i think should support)

but printout of transaction can be done, I needed to activate the switch in ECC.

and Switch : LOG_SD_SIMP_02. this switch has to be activated in ECC.... ( i am yet to activate the switch) but i checked the code in CRM Component also in CRM component ERP_H->Overview Page and in Get buttons method of toolbaar printout button is coded inside a condition of ECC Lord Switch

  IF lv_lord_version EQ erpil_intlay_impl-lord_2.....ENDIF.

We will update soon after activating the switch....
