this depends on your implementation of the business activity. I recommand, that you check your navigational profile ins SPRO for your role, which seems to be IC_AGENT or your custom copy.
In the IC scenario the 0010 is the leading contact. try to check the customizing for IC:
SPRO
->Interaction Center WebClient
->Business Transaction
->Define Business Transaction Profiles
DEFAULT => there the transaction type.
I am not sure, whether this will help. it depends on the implementation...
