why crm is best than abap.
CRM is a module of SAP (A business process ) not a Programing language like ABAP, So no point to compare both things.IN CRM we use ABAP normally to create FM,Programs etc....
companies focus on the customer need,customer satisfaction ,So business implements CRM to give more services, marketting, sales etc to their customer.Thats why CRM is in demand and people choose it
