Multiple Business role assignment to user

Hello Experts,

Am facing the problem of assignment of business roles to the user.

Here are my questions:

I have assigned the required PFCG roles in the tab"roles" in SU01 to the user "ABC"

& the same user is assigned to organization under the position "Sales Manager".

Now my problem is if I put the parameter for "CRMC_UI_profile" as '*' then all the business roles which are created in system was displayed in WEB UI when logon with the user (almost 106 roles)

& If i remove the * its getting logged in with only one business role which is "salespro" assiged to sales manager in Org.

Now my requirement is .. when the user logon to WEB UI, we should be able to control the business roles list as per the requirement, like 10 business roles.
