Hi Manjeera,

Instead of using Parameter tab, try to assign PFCG role to user under Roles tab. You can assign multiple PFCG role to single user in su01.

For eg:

if you want the user to give access of sales pro and marketing pro means assign SAP_CRM_UIU_SLS_PROFESSIONAL and SAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONAL PFCG role to them.

If you want to assign customized business role then go crmc_ui_profile and find the PFCG ID of customized role then assign that to user.
