Convert local timestamp to utc timestamp on web ui

Hi, my requirement is to get the correct time when creating a Forms Menu. On checking the Correspondence for 'Created at' time, in Interaction Records, its showing the time 5 hours early, of what is originally created. I've generated the getter and setter methods for 'created_at' field, and in the get method i've called function module 'CONVERSION_EXIT_TSTLC_INPUT' to convert the time into utc timestamp, but im not able to. Please help.
