Column name for dropdown in table section (CRM Survey Suite)?

Hi All,

Please help me to add a column name for the dropdown list (list box with selection) in the table section in the trx CRM_SURVEY_SUITE. I am able to manage it for Input Field or Text Field but not for the dropdown list. It is especially important when I have same dropdowns (e.g. Yes/No) for different columns, see below.

The structure of the questionnaire is Section (List) > Subsection (Table) > Question (=rows) > Answer (=columns). The aim is to have table with 3 rows for different IDs and for each ID get answer in each column.
