We have a B2B application wherein when the user logs in to the application, waits for a couple of seconds and then when he clicks on catalog link, the page freezes. There is a javascript error which is causing the page freeze. This happens in all the browsers and irrespective of the network. when the user refreshes the page manually, it refreshes the page and then the user can continue browsing the eShop.
The Java script error is happening at the line.. (isaTop().header.getElement("basketForm")) in the catminibasket.inc.js.jsp which is called for the actions catalogstart.do, catalogend.do and showcatalog.do.
Kindly let me know if this could be some patch issue.
