We are getting following error in a standard BUPA _IL header, This error does not happens every time and happens only in Production box not in DEV or QA. Somehow iv_ref is getting ref to the class CL_CRM_GENIL_CONTAINER_OBJECT which does not implement the interface IF_GENIL_CONT_ROOT_OBJECTLIST. Any thoughts other than debugging which I dont have access in PROD. Thanks..
