Hi guys,
In our DEV server, I created a new promotions as usual and added product to it and click save
then it shows error like "Error occurred during save, contact system administrator" CRM_MKTPL no.603 error.
Then I tried to save promotions without adding the products, I know it is not valid practice but just in order to segment
which part is the problem. Then it saved fine.
So I guessed the product part is the problem somehow but I don't know which part exactly is the problem..
Has anyone experienced this similar problem then could you help me out?
Maybe integration with ECC or BI is wrong or CRM itself has the problem?..
My final testing was I saved a promotion without products, then click edit, then now add the products and save ->
the webpage just refreshes itself and not saving the products and not showing any log / error message.
This is why I'm struggling..
