I have a small query, could you please help me out for the same.
On IC-Web, when I click on Outlook Inbox, It is opening my Outlook mails which is perfect for me.
And I choose any one email, and click on "Transfer to CRM" hyperlink. Then the system would navigate to another screen, where I can edit and send this email to an Account/Contact.
Here on this screen, I have small enhancement to perform.
On this Screen there is field called "Reference". If we choose this value (from dropdown), system will display another field called "Object ID".
However, I have requirement to default the Refrence field and hence the object ID gets displayed always. But I don't find any EVENT which is getting triggered, when I choose the Reference Type.
I have attached a document which could show the snap shot for the same.
Could you please do the needful.
