Dear All,
I have copied the default service request transaction type SRVR, to a customized service request called YRVR, the transaction is marked as active as shown below.
Next the following channels assigned to the transaction are as below.
Next Under Interaction Center Webclient-Define Business Transaction Profiles under Default- Dependent Business Transaction I have included both the transactions SRVR and YRVR as shown below
This default business transaction profile I have assigned in my customized business role as shown below under assign function profiles.
However when I open the business role in CRM Web Ui and open the service request to create the customized service request the same does not open, please advice if there are missing configurations further.
