Re: Issue with Interaction Account in Interaction center

Hi Arden,

I checked here in my system COM_PARTNER_BADI is implemented, but when I checked the Partners in debug mode then it shows Old one as well with partner function 0000009.

Here partner 1000008579 should not consider becos it was cancelled.

Here is the partner determination sequnce:

After determination it shows in Web UI like this

Here Activity Partner & Communication Partner is picking as OLD one - 1000008579. while it should pick 1000008581.

Please suggest how can I correct it? do i need to write code here or any config is missing?
