Hi Gopi,

As Deepika suggested, you keep a button on toolbar. After selectiong the multiple rows,then you click on the button raise a pop up with the fields you want to change.After closing the popup in the close event set the attributes values from popup.

For the popup you can use Z component with a view containing value node is prefferable.
