Need to add BTEXTREF component to Service Request in WebUI

Hello all,

I need to add BTEXTREF component to Service Reqest(IC Agent role) in the Web ui. Currently it is not available in the available assignment blocks list. But the same  component BTEXTREF is available in complaints.

Please help me in this regard.
