unfortunately we have a problem in our productive system. We are using SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2. When we want to create a new contact person for an account in WebUI we got the following error message:
Business partner 9000050363 already exists |
I have checked the number ranges for Number Range Object BU_PARTNER CP. The next free number is 9000050370. The number 9000050363 is still assigned to a contact person.
When I now click on enter the error message changes:
"Business partner 9000050365 already exists"
When I press enter again and again I reach the free number 9000050370. Then the number is taken and the contact can be saved without an error message.
Has anybody an idea why our number range makes these problems?
