Implement different filter value for the CRM_COPY_BADI. You can use the filter name in copy control setting in spro.

spro->customer replationship management->transaction->basic setting->copy control for business transaction ->Define copying control for transaction types.

Here you specify the filter to trigger only for followup from the service contract to service contract.
