what is the answer how is it got resolved.

While I'm copying one quote to another, partners are redetermined again (pop-up displayed to select for one of the partner function say bill-to). I DONOT want the redetrmination and want to copy all the partners as is from the original document.
I checked "complete reference" under copy control and it is still determining partner. There is no routine assigned as well.
Please help.
