Survey Text values getting cut off in CRM_SVY_RE_QUEST

Hi All,

The TXTLG field from table CRM_SVY_RE_QUEST is not getting the complete question as the field length of this table is not enough to hold everything.

Now I found  the function module CRM_SURVEY_DATA_GET on to which I pass the object GUIDs (the CRM Leads GUID) . The  ET_SURVEY_UI    output that I get from here has an XML output which should contain the question values.

I take the XML and pass this on to  SMUM_XML_PARSE function module which translates this into a table with some values in the CNAME and CVALUE columns. The CNAME  column contains text like id_z45_sap00000032 .. which makes no sense.. how do I derive the question text from here. Please help.
