Thanks for your reply. Actually my requirement is from for example

In Account Hierarchy

Level 0  Group Hierarchy

         Level1 ----------> test 1

             level 2 -----> Test 2

                     Level 3 ------->test 3

            Level 2 ------> Test 4

                       level 4 -----> Test 4

          Level 1 --------> Test 3

My Requirement is in Parent node level 0 . if i click node in level 0 ,level 1 ll create.

In level 1 i create node level 2 ll create.

so level 1 is parent for level 2.

My requirement is if i click level 2 it wont allow to create next node(ie child node) of level 2.

I want to Restrict upto level 2. 

plz give some suggestions.
