Merge Contacts through Account Search in WebUI

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if SAP CRM EhP3 supports Contact Person "Merge" functionality out-of-the-box? Looking at the previous posts I understand that this function is not available under the Contacts search screen on the WebUI but can be accessed via the Accounts search. For merging contact one would have to use the "Individual Accounts" search, is that correct? The help.sap documentation on BP merge only specifies Accounts and Employees as valid objects for BP merge and not Contacts.

If Contact merge is supported, can you confirm what all functions/attributes are supported in the merge (relationships, account associations, transactions, custom fields, etc)?
