Account search is not working as per selection criteria

Hello All,

Post upgrade we are facing an issue in Account search on Web-UI.

Issue: Login as Sales Manager/Analyst/Catalog Manager Roles in CRM Web-UI. Execute the Account Searches entering Role 'sold-to party'.
The same 100 values are returned irrespective of the search criteria selected.

On debugging standard code present in EH_ONSEARCH event we found that lr_qs_col points to entity list. This entity list has 5 entries.
3rd entry points to Role however for role LOW value is blank. It should have sold-to party value (e.g. X001)

Any pointers on why LOW value is blank.

Please help.
