I'm a Basis/NetWeaver person but need to work out how I can trace what is going on in the WEB_UI preferably without having to debug JavaScript - of which I know virtually nothing. My issue is that if one of the users performs a task in CRM_UI whilst logged on to the pc with his own userid the task fails, whereas when I log on with my administration account and then he logs into SAP as usual, the task works. I'd like to get some idea of what is happening and tried running a trace with ST01, but that didn't return any useful information. Do you have any other recommendations?
