Honestly I don't know how the number of business roles that is delivered with SAP CRM will ensure that you can actually implement the solution in a quality fashion. If you don't mind sharing is this question from SAP Education certification exam or a 3rd party. The reason why I would like to know, is I would love to talk to the group giving the exam and why we should know that fact? I really should start providing my own certifications for SAP CRM if the real exams are that horrible.
I'm so glad someone is testing how people can count and memorize the number of business roles in SAP CRM instead of asking something more useful.
