1.I accessed the inbox and filter my activity,. When I press interact button,system show error message "Selected inbox item could not be processed". Why? How to deal with this problem?
2. I want to konw the concept about the interact button. If I press the interact button, what it follow? follow to transaction document or to account identification in sap standard? thanks
