Regarding point 2 : which scenario are you using ? B2B or B2C ?
In your appointment, I do not see any account, only a contact person. This could be the reason why the messages appear. In case of B2B scenario, I would guess that the system tries to identify both an account and a contact, and that it can not find any account for you do not have any in your appointment.
