Hello Experts,
I am trying to create ERP Sales Quotation in CRM WEbUI and using a configurable material. After entering the product and click on Item edit screen, I get a blank screen with no configuration displayed but Accept,Reject buttons alone displayed on the top. Did any one experiennce this issue? Can you please help with what may be the issue?
Please note that we are using CRM 7.02 SP8. The KB and latest version has been successfully downloaded from ECC to CRM.
Please suggest how to enable configuration screen for this scenario
