There are two ways to address this problem -
- Update the PFCG role. In the Authorization Object for the business activity exclude the unwanted Transactions from the 'Creation' option. This is the recommended way to resolve your issue.
- Get a developer to enhance the Toolbar related Method for the view in case to exclude the options of the unwanted transactions. The downside of this option is that every time you would want to update this list you will have to get a developer to do it for you.
