Showing of system id in WebUi screen.

Dear Experts,

I want to show the system id and user id in the top of the UI Screen, for that i have used the below link,

But while opening the component CRMCMP_NAVBAR and picture.htm am not able to add the particular line, its asking access key.

So how to achive this? is i need to enhance this component or we require access key.

Kindly suggest.
