CRM_TERRMAN_PROC _REL is not triggering BADI Enhacement

Hi Experts

We have enhanced BADI CRM_TERRMAN_ATTRIB to handle territory custom attributes and assign territory to CRM Business partner.

As per my knowledge, when a CRM account is created, CRM_TERRMAN_PROC _REL gets executed in the background  and it calls internally custom BADI Enhacement CRM_TERRMAN_ATTRIB for custom attributes of territories.

But while CRM BP creation, standard auto execution of CRM_TERRMAN_PROC _REL is not triggering custom BADI Enhacement of CRM_TERRMAN_ATTRIB automatically.

But this BAdi enhancment is getting triggered when we manually execute the CRM_TERRMAN_PROC _REL program using SE38.

Is it possible to stop the standard program CRM_TERRMAN_PROC _REL automatic call. Hence we can only depend on manual run of the

CRM_TERRMAN_PROC _REL. Hence custom Badi executes the required logic

OR How to make Standard program (CRM_TERRMAN_PROC _REL) to  call custom BADI enhancment of CRM_TERRMAN_ATTRIB. Hence custom Badi executes the required logic
