Hello Prasanna,

 

In CRM Interaction Center, the context area is filled based on the settings in the account identification profile assigned to the business role (function profile ID BPIDENT for single account identification, BPIDENT_MULTIPLE for multiple account identification profile).

 

The context area is filled depending on the account identification scenario. For example for

  • B2B: (main) partner + (main contact) person
  • B2C & EMP: main partner

 

 

This should work if the account is confirmed in the account identification work center but also on editing or interacting with a business transaction. Here KBA 1831467 contains some information on further customizing related to business transactions.
