Hi CRM Experts,
i want to send a mail containing the URL link to a CRM survey. I succesfully generated a URL Link for the survey (application Activities) using the BSP approach. if i test the link in my company network it is working fine, but if for example i send the link by mail to a different pc located in a different area (for example at home) the survey is not visible.
is there any additional configuration to apply? for example to the server? or do i need to change the approach to generate the survey like http/s?
