Hello Gurus,
I am working on data cleansing solution. We have CRM EHP2, ECC and BI landscape system. We want data cleansing solution through which our duplicate accounts can be known and we can get correct data ( 3rd party software to be used like trillium).
Also we would like the master data team to get alert if user is creating Data cleansing ID but the authorization to the user should be only to create the cleansing case id the account merge process would be done by master data team.
