The BTQSrvCon will be under component BT. So the IMPL class for this object is CL_CRM_BTIL.

First check in GENIL_BOL_BROWSER with the Query object, whether you are getting result or not.

So you can find out whether the issue in Web UI or not.

The method if you want to debug is IF_GENIL_APPL_INTLAY~GET_DYNAMIC_QUERY_RESULT.
