Can anyone please help me with how to save email as draft in SAP CRM . My exact requirement is that I have to attach email in Email assignment block in Service order document. But, I couldn't find a way to save email in CRM as there is only SEND functionality. Please let me know if it is possible anyhow but the challenge is that I have to create a report and have not to achieve it by BOL programming in enhanced component. I am able to save it by using event handler but how can we achieve the same using Function module or classes.
