Hello,
You do not have to install/import/activate anything on the server side.
The ICI is a component installed on the CRM server.
Please read following link : Installing the Integrated Communication Interface - Integrated Communication Interface - SAP Library
Off course, you need to customize it. WSDL files are a necessity for the CMS if it needs to develop its own connector to communicate with SAP CRM ICI.
